Hi, everybody, and welcome back for #SweetSat. This is a type of traditional Japanese candy called konpeito, made by raining sugar water into a spinning tub. The little nubbins form naturally in the process, they say. Konpeito is handmade and takes seven to ten days to make. I’d probably have some chocolate while waiting. Thanks to Wikimedia Commons user Midori for the photo.
Here’s the Sweet List. Enjoy. Cheers,
Gunnar
