Hi, everybody, and welcome back. This is a chocolate strawberry pavlova, named after the ballerina, and in Down Under and Kiwi territory, it’s considered a sort of national dessert. I must say, the meringue and chocolate and all seem wonderful. How did I miss this during our North Island visit?
