The Sweet List 11/03/2012

Hi, everybody, and welcome back. This is a chocolate strawberry pavlova, named after the ballerina, and in Down Under and Kiwi territory, it’s considered a sort of national dessert. I must say, the meringue and chocolate and all seem wonderful. How did I miss this during our North Island visit? Thanks to SoSweetICouldHardlySpeak for the link, the photo, and the recipe, and I can’t believe how simple the blogger makes this sound.

Here’s the Sweet List. Let’s click and enjoy. Cheers,

Gunnar
