It may be Thanksgiving this week, and I may be trying to bake that chocolate pecan pie (for my sister — I swear it’s only for my sister) but a recipe for lemon bars is always timely because I looooove lemon bars. And a website tells me that, if you substitute a gluten free flour mixture, or one cup of rice flour and a half-cup of cornstarch instead, this is a gluten free recipe.
