Hi, everybody, and welcome back. I’ve always wondered what a foole is. Not a fool as in jester or dingbat, but a foole as in the dessert, the one that dates back to the 15th or 16th century. Well, that’s it there, on the right, a delectable mixture of whipping cream and fruit, in this case strawberries. Modern sensibilities also toss in a few extra ingredients, but the gist of the thing remains unchanged from medieval days.
