The Sweet List 07/20/2013

Brighton cream teaHi, everybody, and welcome back. There’s more than one kind of tea — sweet tea, herbal tea, green tea, white, black, just about every color in between. And then there’s cream tea, which includes scones, butter, jam, and clotted cream. Wikibooks has a recipe for scones, in case you’re curious, but basically they’re plain ole ordinary biscuits, with an egg in the dough. Thanks to Wikimedia Commons contributor Jeremy Keith, from Brighton & Hove, UK, for the image.

Here’s the Sweet List. Let’s click and enjoy. Cheers,

Gunnar
